Inspired by thinkers like Ayn Rand and Marcus Aurelius, Or enjoys nature, chess, football, and meaningful conversations.

Cristian, an engineer and Smart City innovator, spent 15 years at Apple in Logistics, Operations, and Engineering. He created the first wireless smart pole and holds multiple patents. Since moving to Portugal in 2019, he founded startups like Connectome (smart homes) and Trafero.net (personal finance).

At Freethm, he defines the technical vision, ensuring a smart, secure, and sustainable community. Passionate about digital innovation, he now lives in Lisbon with his wife and two children.

Judith Mueller is the Director of Longevity at Freeth’m, where she combines her experience as a venture capital investor, serial entrepreneur, and biohacker to create thriving, health-optimized communities. With nearly two decades of expertise in longevity science and sustainable living, she is spearheading the development of a nature-integrated village that promotes vitality, well-being, and personal freedom. Judith collaborates with biologists, architects, and urban planners to design spaces that enhance health, from circadian lighting to local food production. Her work bridges innovation and investment, aiming to build a global movement towards decentralized, regenerative living environments.

Zuzana leads Business Development for Europe at Freeth’m, focusing on expanding partnerships and growing the network of like-minded individuals. A passionate advocate of individual freedom, she has studied libertarian philosophy and laissez-faire capitalism for over a decade. Her work centers on creating opportunities for collaboration and fostering freer communities. Beyond work, Zuzana is an avid yogi, a metalhead, and a classical pianist.

Sebastian has a degree in Political Science but found his true calling in the creative arts, becoming a professional photographer and art director. At Freeth’m, he leads marketing, visuals, and design, shaping and maintaining the brand’s identity across media channels. With experience in editorial and commercial projects, he helps brands bring their vision to life through compelling storytelling. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, exploring cities, hiking in the forest, and connecting with like-minded people.

Luís holds a PhD in Evolutionary and Environmental Biology from Università Degli Studi di Ferrara, an MSc in Computer Applications to Archaeology from Universiteit Leiden, and a BSc in Environmental Biology from Edinburgh Napier University. He is the Director of the Department of Archaeology at Instituto Politécnico de Tomar and an affiliated researcher at Universidade de Coimbra. His work focuses on sustainability, ecology, and nature conservation in Biosphere Reserves.

Alexandra Kons is a multilingual journalist, education innovator, and marketing strategist with a passion for decentralized technologies and alternative learning. With a background in Oriental and Asian Studies and a Master’s in Arabic Studies, she brings a global perspective to her work. She also leads educational initiatives like Freeth’m and hosts Wild Life – The Unschooling Podcast, exploring new learning models.

Julia is a business developer, project manager, and marketing consultant with a passion for storytelling and helping clients scale their dreams. With extensive experience in community building, she has worked on projects like Wild Seeds Ranch near San Diego, where she currently resides. At Freeth’m, she leads business development in the US, opening new horizons for the project by expanding its reach, forging key partnerships, and connecting with like-minded pioneers. Outside of work, Julia loves traveling, hot springs, writing, yoga, swimming, photography, and gardening.
